Changing the outgoing (or 'from') email address on your survey invitations requires two steps. Note that you can also change the outgoing display name if you wish (see step 3 below).

  • Domain name (after the "@" symbol): The domain name will need to be updated by Blu Sky. For example, the default domain name is @basicsfeedback.com. In order to change the domain name, have your administrator submit a request asking to change your domain name.

  • Email address (before the "@" symbol):
    1. Go to the "Organization" menu and scroll down to "invites".
    2. Enter the desired email address in the text box to the right of 'Mailbox'.
    3. Click "Update Organization Details".

  • Outgoing display name: This is the name associated with the email. For example, johndoe@bluscs.com could have the name "John Doe" as the outgoing display name. You can update the display name by doing the following:
    1. Go to the "Organization" menu and scroll down to "invites".
    2. Enter the desired outgoing display name in the text box to the right of the 'From'.
    3. Click "Update Organization Details".
