Blu Sky Web Solutions Partners with First Light Web Services to provide World Class Support Services for BASICS Feedback
Combined partnership enables campuses to improve overall user experience

Bellingam, WA— Blu Sky Web Solutions (BSWS), a leading software development company and creators of BASICS Feedback, today announced it has partnered with First Light Web Services, a support and technology company. First Light will provide billing, support and installation services for BASICS Feedback.  The combination of BSWS’s market-leading survey, scheduling, and referral management software called 'BASICS Feedback' in combination with First Light Web Services billing and support services offerings, will create a complete engagement solution for clients.

Having worked with Chris Stark (President of First Light Web Services) for over 10 years, this solution could not have been a better fit.” 

Blu Sky’s software product, BASICS Feedback, functions on various web browsers, so participants can message providers, easily complete pre-visit surveys online, view reminders for appointment follow-up, view feedback reports and much more. Providers can work more easily with their participants to develop management plans and track adherence to these plans, while monitoring progress.  Blu Sky's solutions have been trusted for use by more than one-hundred of America’s leading higher education institutions including, Columbia University, Western Washington University and various others.  

“This partnership will optimize training and support and streamline invoicing for BASICS Feedback clients, while broadening First Light Web Services’ product offerings”, said Chris Stark. “Importantly, First Light has purchased IMPACT Feedback from Blu Sky. IMPACT Feedback is the next-generation platform currently in development that will eventually replace BASICS Feedback. The new platform will retain all of the existing functionality of BASICS Feedback as well as new, advanced features.“  

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The combined company is headquartered in Bellingham.
